Bed Bugs Be Gone provides a 100% guarantee that our services will kill all stages of growth of bed bugs, including eggs, all stages of instar, and adult bed bugs. If within 30 calendar days, the customer finds LIVE bed bugs on their treated premises, Bed Bugs Be Gone shall perform a second heat treatment free of charge. Our services will only kill the bed bugs, we do not remove the dead bugs from your home. There shall be a 30-calendar-day warranty, which will start the day after heat treatment. The Post-Treatment Checklist SHALL be completed and signed by the customer.

If the customer is documented removing any items that have not been approved and/or treated by Bed Bugs Be Gone staff, then the warranty shall be void. The customer shall provide the receipt and signed checklist to Bed Bugs Be Gone in the event LIVE bed bugs are found on the premises. Bed Bugs Be Gone shall not be responsible for re-infestation if the customer wears untreated clothing back into the premises. All personal vehicles shall also be treated by Bed Bugs Be Gone for the warranty to be effective.
